Refund Policy

1. All purchases of credits, tokens, subscriptions, bundles and any other virtual goods or services on sweetaigirls.net are final, irrevocable and strictly non-refundable.
2. Due to the instantaneous delivery of digital content, the user expressly waives any statutory right of withdrawal, cancellation or refund from the moment the purchase is confirmed.
3. No refunds, partial refunds, chargebacks or reversals will be granted under any circumstances, including but not limited to: dissatisfaction with the service, unused credits, technical issues, bugs, slow performance, change of mind, or any other reason.
4. This non-refundable policy applies fully in accordance with § 356 Abs. 5 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and equivalent consumer protection laws in other jurisdictions regarding digital services.
5. Any attempt to dispute a payment, initiate a chargeback, or request a refund through the payment provider (e.g. bank, credit card company, PayPal, Segpay) will result in immediate and permanent suspension of the user account without prior notice.
6. Echo Interactive reserves the absolute right to deny any refund request without providing any reason and without entering into any correspondence or discussion.
7. The user acknowledges and agrees that all payments are made voluntarily and with full knowledge and acceptance of this strict non-refundable policy.
8. In the event of any refund request or chargeback, Echo Interactive is entitled to claim compensation for all administrative costs, legal fees and damages incurred.
