  • Technical data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser fingerprint, screen resolution, language settings, access logs
  • Payment metadata: transaction IDs, payment method type, billing references (full payment card data is processed exclusively by third-party providers)

4. Purposes and Legal Basis We process your data for the following purposes:

  • Fulfillment of the contract and provision of the AI chat service
  • Age verification and enforcement of the 18+ age restriction
  • Fraud detection, abuse prevention and platform security
  • Improvement of the service through statistical analysis and AI training (anonymized where possible)
  • Compliance with legal, tax and regulatory obligations

The legal bases are Art. 6(1)(b), (c) and (f) GDPR. Consent is only used where strictly required and can be withdrawn at any time.

We reserve the right to retain data longer if necessary for legal defense or regulatory compliance.
